SWC:mf 7/7/82 <br />L <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1861 ORIGINAL <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE JUL15 1982 <br />FINAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 1982 - JUNE 30, 1983; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF ALL SUMS SET FORTH IN <br />SAID BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR EMERGENCY EXPENDITURES, <br />TRANSFERS, ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS <br />OF EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS; PROVIDING FOR THE DISPOSITION <br />OF UNENCUMBERED MONIES AND FUNDS AT THE CLOSE OF FISCAL <br />YEAR 1981 - 1982; AMENDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 32.15 <br />OF THE REDWOOD CITY CODE RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF <br />PROCEEDS COLLECTED UNDER ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 32, OF SAID <br />CODE; ADOPTING THE BUDGETS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS <br />NO. 1-64, NO. 1-65, NO. 2-65, AND NO. 3-65 FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 1982 - JUNE 30, 1983; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1841, AND ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Redwood <br />City, the City Manager has submitted to the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City a proposed annual budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, <br />1982 - June 30, 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City <br />of Redwood City, after due public hearing and notice, the Council <br />of Redwood City has approved said budget and said budget has been <br />certified by the City Clerk and the City Manager as the Final <br />Budget of the City for said Fiscal Year; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Council of Redwood City <br />to adopt the abovementioned certified copy of said Budget, as <br />amended, presently on file in the office of the City Clerk; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />SECTION 1. Adoption of Budget. That certain abovementioned <br />Budget for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1982 - June 30, 1983, approved <br />by the Council of Redwood City and certified by the City Clerk and <br />the City Manager, presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />entitled, "City,of Redwood City Budget, 1982-1983," is hereby <br />1861 <br />
