RESOLUTION NO. p.2352 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE WHARVES 3 <br />& 4 FENDER REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Wharves 3 & 4 Fender <br />Replacement Project (the `Project') at the Port of Redwood City, 675 Seaport <br />Blvd., Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Board of Port Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br />approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br />for bids for the work therein described. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled. "Contract Documents for <br />Wharves 3 & 4 Fender Replacement Project," located at the Port of Redwood <br />City, Redwood City, California, prepared by Jack Gerwick of 1300 Clay Street, 7 t <br />Floor, Oakland, CA 94612, a copy of which documents is on file in the office of <br />the Port Executive Director, are hereby approved. <br />2.
