MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />April 24. 2017 <br />MO. 17-070 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: April 25, 2017 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Assistant City Manager of Administrative Services <br />**hard copy available upon request* <br />SUBJECT: Amended and Restated Agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an <br />Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system for utility billing <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1C (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 24, 2017. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Vice Mayor Bain, and Mayor <br />Seybert <br />M/S Borgens/Gee to approve the consent calendar, excluding Item 6.3.E, and including Item <br />7B. <br />By motion, to approve and authorize for the City Manager to execute an amended and <br />restated agreement with Paymentus Corporation for an Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) <br />system/Automated Phone Payments, Outbound Customer Notification system, Payment <br />Processing services, and Staff Portal extending the term of the existing agreementfor 2 years <br />and increasing the agreement in an amount not to exceed by $66,000, resulting in a total not - <br />to -exceed agreement cost of $143,500. Further, authorize the City Manager to extend the <br />Agreement by one additional one-year term in an amount not to exceed $33,000. <br />Motion carried 6-0 with Council Member Masur absent. <br />Silvia Vonderlinden <br />City Clerk <br />
