By motion, approve the Final Map for the Subdivision of Stanford Phase 1; <br />2. By motion, approve the public service easement, and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the Certificate of Acceptance for such deed, and modify the content of the Easement <br />Deed as necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Revocable <br />Encroachment Permit Agreement with The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior <br />University; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br />Agreement with The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University; <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University; <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement with The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior <br />University; <br />7.
