U <br />CGM:bc 4/17/80 <br />O_ R D I N_ A_ N_ C E_ N_ O_. 1821 ORIGINAL <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 28.4.1 OF THE REDWOOD 18 2 <br />CITY CODE RELATING TO AN INCREASE IN IDENTIFICATION <br />PERMIT FEES JUL 14 1980 <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 28.4.1 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 28.4.1. Every application for an identification <br />permit shall be accompanied by a non refundable processing <br />fee of Twenty Five and No/100 Dollars ($25.00)." <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br />its adoption. <br />1821 <br />
