CGM:jp 2/7/80 <br />ORD INANCE NO. -1811 ORIGINAL <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FEB 25 1980 <br />($40,000.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE <br />OF THE CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PARKS AND RECREATION <br />FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS, LEISURE, CULTURAL & INFORMA- <br />TION SERVICES, OPERATIONS PROGRAMS FOR THE <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF THE. ROOF AT THE VETERANS MEMORIAL <br />BUILDING <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Forty Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br />balance of the Capital Outlay Fund to Parks and Recreation <br />Facility Improvements, Leisure, Cultural & Information Services, <br />Operations Programs, for the reconstruction of the Veterans <br />Memorial Building roof. <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980 and shall be in addition to all <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br />July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980. <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br />its adoption. <br />1877 <br />
