Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1783, entitled <br />"An Ordinance Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain <br />Designated Employees of the City of Redwood City; and Repealing <br />Ordinance No. 1696," adopted May 21, 1979, and amended to date, <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 1.
