DAS:iru 02/29/89 (#7/012) <br />DAS:mm, 03/06/89R <br />MAR 2 0,1989 <br />O R D I N A N C E No.1130-263 <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 2.65, 2.103, 31.13 AND <br />31.14, AND ARTICLE 24 OF; ADDING SECTIONS 2.64, 2.65, <br />2.66, 2.102, 2.103 AND 31.13, AND ARTICLES 24 AND 25 <br />TO; AND AMENDING SECTIONS 2.32, 3.1 AND 3.2 AND 35.9c. <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE, RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICT FOR MOBILE HOMES <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 2.65 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br />City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended, is <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. Section 2.103 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br />No. 1130 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Section 31.13 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br />No. 1130 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Section 31.14 of the abovementioned Ordinance <br />No. 1130 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. Article 24 of the abovementioned Ordinance No. <br />1130 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6. Section 2.64 is hereby added to the <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br />"Section 2.64 Mobile Home. Shall mean any unit <br />transportable in one or more sections, used or designed to <br />be used for living or sleeping purposes or both, and which <br />is not equipped with wheels used for the purpose of <br />transporting such unit from place to place whether by motive <br />power or other means." <br />
