DES :yc: 8/27/79 <br /> srD 1 '" 107q <br /> "'h)'I'"\;"'P L <br /> 1 799 Uídu¡¡'~ ~ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1799 <br />SEP 17 1979 <br /> --------- - - <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.20 OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />CODE RELATING TO THE SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1758 <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 2.20 of the Redwood City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 2.20. (a) Regular meetings of the Council <br />shall be held on the first four Mondays of each month, except <br />when any such Monday is a holiday as defined by the Personnel <br />Rules and Regulations of the City of Redwood City (excluding <br />the provisions for administrative holidays). <br /> " (b) Regular meetings of the Council shall be held at <br />7:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, Hall of <br />Justice and Records, Redwood City, California. <br /> " (c) All Council meetings shall be open to the public <br />except for permitted executive sessions." <br />SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 1758, entitled "Ordinance Amending <br />Section 2.20 of the Redwood City Code Relating to the Schedule of <br />Regular Meetings of the Council of Redwood City, and Declaring <br />the Enactment Hereof to be Necessary as an Emergency Measure," <br />adopted June 26, 1978, is, and all other ordinances, or provisions <br />thereof, in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
