<br /> MSR: bc : 5/.31/79 <br /> r.1SR: ca: 9/)./7 9R <br /> OR\G\NAl <br /> 1 788 JUN 1 B 1979 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1788 <br /> <br /> --------- - - <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC <br />EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM, RELATING TO FIRE MEMBERS <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That an amendment to the Contract between the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of Administration, <br />California Public Employees' Retirement System, is hereby authorized, <br />a copy of said amendment being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A", <br />and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in <br />full. <br />SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br />authorized, empowered and directed to execute said amendment for and <br />on behalf of said City of Redwood City. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br />the date of its adoption; provided, however, the provisions hereof <br />shall be operative retroactive to and including July 1, 1979. <br /> * * * <br /> 1 788 <br /> .¡._..~ <br />
