David Mullens, Jr. <br />Peninsula Hills Presbyterian Church <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - 1/23/89 Executive Session <br />1/23/89 Council <br />1/30/89 Executive Session <br />M /S: Bury /Buchan to approve the subject Minutes. Councilman Stangel abstained <br />from voting on the Minutes of the Executive Session of 1/23/89 and Mayor Greenalch <br />abstained from voting on the Minutes of the Executive Session and Regular Session <br />of 1/23/89. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - taken out of order. <br />a. Stephen Sprinkel, 318 Linden Street, Redwood City, representing homeowners of <br />Redwood Villa Park described problems of prostitution and drug usage in the <br />area, praised Police Chief Guardino, Police Lieutenant Granucci, the Redwood <br />City Police Department and Councilwoman Buchan for their efforts in resolving <br />these problems and asked the Council to provide sufficient funds in the budget <br />to hire the 18 police officers needed by the department to be fully staffed. <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />2/6/89 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 48 <br />Page No. 283 <br />
