<br /> MSR:yc:8/18/78 <br /> 1 765 ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1765 SEP 18 1978 <br /> --------- - - <br />ORDIN&~CE APPROPRIATING $6,050 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF WATER FUND TO, AND APPROPRIATING $40,069 <br />FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SEWER FUND TO, GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FACILITIES BOND INTEREST <br />AND REDEMPTION FUND <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Six Thousand Fifty and No/IOO Dollars <br />($6,050.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br />of the Water Fund to the General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />Facili ties Bond Interest and Redemption FU:1d. Said sum shall <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1978-June 30, 1979, <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes <br />during the fiscal year July I, 1978-June 30, 1979. <br />SECTION 2. The sum of Forty Thousand Sixty-nine and No/lOa <br />Dollars ($40,069.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br />balance of the Sewer Fund to the General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br />Facilities Bond Interest and Redemption Fund. Said sum shall be <br />for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1978-June 30, 1979, <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1978-June 30, 1979. <br />SECTION 3.
