<br /> DES:djk 07/07/94 (110/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 7/18/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12248 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> THE JEFFERSON AVENUE GRADE SEPARATION (UNDERPASS) <br /> PROJECT <br /> (RUST ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE, INC. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires environmental <br />engineering and related services for site investigation of <br />subsurface soil and groundwater contamination in specified areas <br />of the Jefferson Avenue Grade Separation (Underpass) project in <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Rust Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. of Palo <br />Alto, California, represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform the unique aforesaid services <br />required for the Project; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - <br />Environmental Engineering Services - For the Jefferson Avenue <br />Grade Separation (Underpass) Project", (form dated 07/07/94) by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and Rust Environment & Infrastructure, <br />Inc. for the performance of the abovementioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> - <br />
