<br /> DES:d~~ 06/14/94 (098/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12240 <br /> <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF <br /> TRANSPORTATION FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECTION <br /> SYSTEMS ON ROUTE 82 (EL CAMINO REAL) AND ROUTE 84 <br /> (WOODSIDE ROAD) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Cooperative Agreement", by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and the State of California, Department <br />of Transportation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br />for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the <br />Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> 12240 <br /> ----------------~----- -----r----- -->- -,- <br />
