<br /> FXS:dft- 6/29/94 (034/36) <br /> ) RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12234 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE <br /> ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF THE REDWOOD CITY CITY HALL <br /> (FISHER FRIEDMAN ASSOCIATES) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposed to demolish the <br />existing City Hall and construct a new City Hall (the "Project"); <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />expert professional architectural services for the preparation of <br />plans and specifications; and <br /> WHEREAS, Fisher Friedman Associates, has represented that it <br />is experienced and qualified to perform said expert professional <br />services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement-Professional <br />Architectural Services - Redwood City City Hall" (form dated <br />6/30/94R) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, Fisher Friedman <br />Associates, pursuant to which said Architect shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the demolition of the existing City Hall <br />and the construction of a new City Hall, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> ,--....- - -----,,-----,,-, '-r---' .... - <br />
