<br /> FXS:dft 6/21/94 (035/36) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12226 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT FOR MODULAR BUILDINGS <br /> (RED MORTON CENTER) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Lease Agreement", dated <br /> , by and between Mobile Modular <br /> Management Corporation ("Lessor") and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California ("Lessee") <br /> providing for use as temporary housing for the Red Morton <br /> Center's administration staff and the "Kids Klub" child care <br /> program during the construction of the new Red Morton facilities, <br /> Redwood City, California, for a term commencing August 1, 1994, <br /> and expiring April, 1996, or sooner, a copy of which Lease <br /> Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said lease agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> T" <br />
