<br /> DES:dj:k 06/02/94 (087/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12205 <br /> <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br /> CANYON ROAD / OAK KNOLL DRIVE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> (BRIAN-KANGAS-FOULK) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires land surveying <br />and construction staking services for the Canyon Road/Oak Knoll <br />Drive Street Improvement Project in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional construction engineering services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Brian-Kangas-Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Construction Engineering Services - Canyon Road/Oak Knoll Drive <br />Street Improvement Project" (form dated 06/02/94), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Brian-Kangas-Foulk, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * /;I.;<OS" <br /> ,. .... ~·U· ......,,-......-..... --..-......".......,-................ <br />
