<br /> DES:djlr OS/25/94 (081/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12203 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF <br /> ONE (1) XEROX 5350AST COPIER UNDER THE COOPERATIVE <br /> PURCHASE PROVISIONS OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES BID <br /> BPA #010580105 <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Redwood City Code Section 2.80 the City <br />of Redwood City may request any local agency as defined by <br />Section 54201 of the California Government Code to purchase <br />materials, equipment, or supplies on behalf of the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles, Bid BPA #010580105 <br />includes a Cooperative Purchase Provision which offers other <br />public agencies the opportunity to purchase equipment from Xerox <br />Corporation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the aforesaid bid of the County of Los Angeles <br />conforms to the requirements of Redwood City Code Section 2.80; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />purchase one (1) Xerox 5350AST Copier from Xerox Corporation <br />pursuant to the Cooperative Purchase Provision of the County of <br />Los Angeles Bid BPA #010580105; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all necessary and appropriate documents for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City for the purchase of one ( 1) Xerox <br />5350AST Copier from Xerox Corporation for a cost of Fourteen <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($14,920.00) <br /> I {). ;)...03 <br /> .. ..-........ .........-........................................ <br />
