<br /> DES:djk "6/02/94 (088/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12201 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE SLURRY <br /> SEAL PROJECT 1994; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Slurry Seal Project <br />1994, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Slurry Seal Project 1994 - City of Redwood City, <br />California", prepared by the Department of Community Development, <br />Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
