<br /> DES:djk ~~/02/94 (089/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12200 N o. 12200 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASPHALT <br /> RUBBER CHIP SEAL PROJECT 1994; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal <br /> Project 1994, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br /> and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal Project 1994 - City of Redwood <br /> City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br /> Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
