<br /> DES:djk (\.1)/19/94 (078/37) <br /> \ o RIG I N A L 6/6/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12196 <br /> N o. 12196 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES - <br /> 1994 SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> (HARRIS & ASSOCIATES) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the replacement <br /> of old and deteriorated sewer mains in various locations <br /> throughout the City of Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br /> City requires professional engineering services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Harris & Associates of Concord, California <br /> represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br /> Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br /> Engineering Services - 1994 Sewer Main Replacement Project" (form <br /> dated 05/19/94) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California and Harris & <br /> Associates, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, <br /> a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> .-'."" .."...,_.... .., .'. -,.,._._...,--_."~..__..,.,.""'."'"'.,....,., <br />
