<br /> FXS:dft ""'18/94 (029/36) <br /> o RIG I N A L 6/6/94 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12191 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF WATER PRESSURE REGULATORS <br /> W!THIN THE UPPER DIABLO WAY WATER SERVICE AREA <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City intends to construct <br /> certain improvements within the Upper Diablo Way Water Service <br /> Area; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the work of improvement the water <br /> pressure within the Upper Diablo Way Water Service Area may <br /> exceed the City's recommended water pressure rating for <br /> household; and <br /> WHEREAS, to alleviate the effects of the potential water <br /> pressure increase, the City proposes to install water pressure <br /> regulators at each property located within the Upper Diablo Way <br /> Water Service Area; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br /> 02/04/94R) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California and the owners of property <br /> located within the Upper Diablo Way Water Service Area, a copy of <br /> which agreement is attached hereto and to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, similar <br /> agreements for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City with <br /> owners of property within the Upper Diablo Way Water Service <br /> Area. <br /> * * * <br /> . ._~.. -'-"---'-'.~--_..--_...._......_,.'~"-'"-"'-..-.--.- ................--.- <br /> I <br />
