<br /> DES:djk 05/03/94 (068/37) <br /> ORIGINAl.. 5/16/94 <br /> -_.~------_._-- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12179 <br /> <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR MARINE <br /> PARKWAY CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Marine Parkway Cathodic <br /> Protection System Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Marine Parkway Cathodic Protection System - City of <br /> Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> * * * <br /> ." ... > .--.
