<br /> DES:djk 01/28/94 (056/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12164 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE CANYON <br /> ROAD - OAK KNOLL DRIVE STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Canyon Road - Oak Knoll <br /> Drive Street Improvements Project, Redwood City, California, have <br /> been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> for the Canyon Road - Oak Knoll Drive Street Improvements - City <br /> of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2.
