<br /> DES:djk 0..../30/94 (057/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12161 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 93-1 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AND ACCEPTING OPFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br /> 93-1 (121-131 Monroe Street) in the City of Redwood City, <br /> prepared by MASON-SULIC Civil & Design Consultants, Inc. , Civil <br /> Engineers for Louis Bandov and the James H. Shaffer and Sydney <br /> Lauren-Shaffer Trust, the owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> tentative parcel map for said subdivision, is approved and <br /> accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> ( a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvements for Parcel Map <br /> No. 93-1" (form dated 03/30/94) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> . ~.. . ,.......,,--... ¡-- <br />
