RESOLUTION NO. 12150 <br /> DES:djk ""/10/94 (049/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 2/28/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12150 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIAL <br /> PROVISIONS FOR THE BRIDGE PARKWAY BRIDGE SEISMIC <br /> RETROFITTING PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and special provisions for the <br /> Bridge Parkway Bridge Seismic Retrofitting Project, Redwood City, <br /> California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> and Special Provisions for Bridge Parkway Bridge Seismic <br /> Retrofitting Project - City of Redwood City, California", <br /> prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br /> Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br /> the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2.
