RESOLUTION NO. 12149 <br /> DES:djk 0""10/94 (048/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 2/28/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12149 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES FOR <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 (REDWOOD SHORES) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Property Tax <br /> Assessment Services for General Improvement District No. 1-64 <br /> (Redwood Shores) II (form dated 02/10/94), by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and Charles B. Warren, ASA, a copy of which agreement <br /> is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> -..-."..,,,---.,- '-'""~--~"""--""""----'--'" <br />
