RESOLUTION NO. 12133 <br /> DES:djk ()1/2l/94 (035/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L .:./14/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12133 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br /> COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE <br /> GROUP, COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICERS AND THE DIRECTOR OF <br /> HUMAN RESOURCES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11855 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby <br /> established for positions included in the Executive Service <br /> Group, Council Appointed Officers and the Director of Human <br /> Resources of the City of Redwood City as set forth in Exhibits <br /> "A" and "A-1" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein, and the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent <br /> rates for such positions as set forth in said Exhibits are <br /> likewise hereby established, in ranges, effective from and after <br /> October 1, 1993 (Exhibit A) , and commencing October 1, 1994 <br /> (Exhibit A-1) , respectively. <br /> 2. Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in <br /> the employment classifications designated in Exhibits A and A-1 <br /> hereof shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with <br /> the salary rates set forth in said Exhibits for the respective <br /> positions of employment. <br /> 3. That certain document entitled "City of Redwood City - <br /> Executive Service Compensation Plan, October 1, 1993 - <br /> September 30, 1995" marked Exhibit "B" hereof, attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein, setting forth terms <br /> and conditions of employment (other than the salary rates <br /> established pursuant to paragraph 1 hereof) pertaining to the <br /> --.--- <br />
