RESOLUTION NO. 12129 <br /> DES:djk 01/21/94 (033/37) <br /> DES:djk _/27/94R <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/31/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N 0 12129 <br /> ---------- - - <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE NON-ACCESS <br /> RESTRICTIONS ALONG PORTIONS OF PUBLIC STREETS (REDWOOD <br /> SHORES PARKWAY AND TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE) IN ACCORDANCE <br /> WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF <br /> THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR <br /> HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR OBJECTING TO THE <br /> PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING PUBLICATION AND POSTING <br /> OF NOTICE THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, non-access restrictions heretofore dedicated and <br />accepted along portions of Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin <br />Dolphin Drive, public streets in the City of Redwood City, are no <br />longer needed to restrict access to and across said streets; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br />vacate said non-access restrictions pursuant to the provisions of <br />Part 3 of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the <br />Streets and Highways Code; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Council hereby declares its intention to vacate <br />those certain non-access restrictions along portions of Redwood <br />Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive in the City of Redwood City <br />hereinafter more specifically described, and hereby elects to <br />proceed with such vacation pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 <br />of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and <br />Highways Code. <br /> 2. The non-access restrictions proposed hereby to be <br />vacated were established by, and designated on, that certain map <br />entitled "Shores Center Unit No. 2" filed October 15, 1984, in <br /> , <br />Book 112 of Maps at Pages 20-22, Office of the Recorder of San <br />
