RESOLUTION NO. 12122 <br /> DES:djk ()1/07/94 (118/25) <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/17/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12122 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR SANITARY <br /> INSPECTIONS, COLLECTIONS RECYCLING AND REMOVAL OF <br /> REFUSE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to agreement with the South Bayside <br />Transfer Station Authority a rate analysis has been conducted <br />regarding sanitary inspection, refuse collection and recycling <br />services in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of said Authority, of which <br />this City is a member agency, certain increases in said rates <br />have been recommended to compensate for increases in the cost of <br />providing such services; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish a rate schedule <br />for said services consistent with the foregoing recommendation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The schedule of charges for sanitary inspection and <br />refuse collection services and the surcharge imposed thereon for <br />recycling services in the City of Redwood City is hereby <br />established as set forth in Exhibits "A" , "B", "C" & "D" hereof, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br />provided, however, the provisions hereof shall be operative <br />retroactively from and after January 1, 1994. <br /> * * * <br /> ·T' <br />
