RESOLUTION NO. 12120 <br /> DES:djk 01/10/94 (022/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/17/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12120 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE CITY FACILITY <br /> ACCESSIBILITY MODIFICATIONS - PHASE I; AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING <br /> RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12105, adopted November <br />25, 1993, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the City <br />Facility Accessibility Modifications - Phase I, Redwood City, <br />California; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, eleven bids were <br />received for the performance of said work and filed with the City <br />Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hodgson Construction Inc. of Redwood City, <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br />intention and desire of this Council to accept said bid of <br />Hodgson Construction Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The bid of Hodgson Construction Inc. , in the amount of <br />Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen and No/lOa <br />Dollars ($319,719.00) , computed in accordance with said bidder's <br />proposal dated January 5, 1994, for the City Facility <br />Accessibility Modifications - Phase I, is hereby accepted, and <br />said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> 2 . That certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated <br />Revised 3/25/88) by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> .."_."---- <br />
