RESOLUTION NO. 12113 <br /> o RIG õ' N A L DES:djk12/06/93 (016/37) <br /> '- <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12113 12/13/93 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT <br /> SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENTS OF GENERAL SERVICES AND <br /> PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> (OVERSTREET & ASSOCIATES) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a management <br /> facilitator to examine the work and customer service standards <br /> for the Departments of General Services and Parks, Recreation and <br /> Community Services; and <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the development and implementation of <br /> work standards for said Departments as part of their goals and <br /> objectives; and <br /> WHEREAS, Overstreet and Associates of San Jose, California <br /> represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br /> expertise to perform the aforesaid services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for <br /> Organizational Development and Management Services" (form dated <br /> 12/03/93) , by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California and Overstreet & <br /> Associates, for the performance of the abovementioned services, a <br /> copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> .
