RESOLUTION NO. 12101 <br /> DES:djk 11/0Q..i93 (005/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 11/29/93 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12101 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 93-8 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br />93-8 (3677 Highland Avenue) in the City of Redwood City, prepared <br />by Smith, Randlett, Foulk & Stock, I nc . , Civil Engineers for <br />Dennis R. Regan and Victoria J. Hartmann, the owners of record of <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br />conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, is <br />approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> No. 93-8" (form dated 11/08/93) wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> .., .c..·..... ," ~.·_b·· ._.__ ._'_"_"'_~_."_"_'_ ~ _ _." .... _."".__~<..~..~,_...._.,__,,_._____"_~~.___. . <br />
