California Way) <br />to the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District (ELHSMD), subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Property owners pay a Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee of $715.50 <br />2. Property owners pay a Sewer System Capital Facilities Fee of $960.00 <br />3.
