Bortolotto & Co., <br />Inc. of San Carlos, California, for their responsive low bid of $311,111.11, and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the contract <br />amount, and find that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CECA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing <br />Facilities). <br />Moo/tion carried 6-0 by electronic vote, with Council Member Aguirre absent. <br />Melissa Thurman <br />Assistant City Clerk <br />
