<br /> DES:djk ~1/01/95 (023/66) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> FOR <br /> ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 2~day of <br />_M c>vcJ---- , 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and OVERSTREET & ASSOCIATES, of San Jose, California <br />("Consul tant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> WHEREAS, City requires a management facilitator to examine <br />team development and customer service standards for the <br />Department of Community Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the development and implementation of <br />team work and customer service standards for said Department as <br />part of its goals and objectives; and <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that he possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> l. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform all of <br />those certain services described in Exhibit "A" (consisting of <br />Phases I and II) hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> 2 . COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br /> --- <br />
