Preimesberger <br />3719 Page Street <br />Redwood City, Ca. 94063 <br /> LETTER AGREEMENT <br /> Redwood City Community Newsletter <br />Dear Chris: <br />Congratulations on being chosen successful bidder to produce the new, improved <br />Redwood City Newsletter. This Letter Agreement will serve to set forth the - <br />responsibilities involved in accomplishing the production of six (6) newsletters during a <br />period of one year. <br />The City Council Editorial Committee will recommend the stories to be covered and the <br />contact person you need for the required information. The committee will approve any <br />and all content and style. You will be responsible for reporting, writing, editing, fact <br />checking, design, photography, pre-press prep, delivery, all supervision including printing, <br />delivery, carrier route sorting (pizazz Printing), and carrier route delivery (U.S. Postal <br />Service). The total cost per issue will be not more than $8,300.00 or not more than <br />$50,000.00 per year. Original design artwork of a new masthead will be at a one time <br />cost of$600.00. <br />It is understood you will be paid per issue on completion of each edition.
