<br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> PERSONAL SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this Z-I day Of~, <br />1995, between PENINSULA SPORTS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter <br />called "Contractor", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City"; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br />IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual convenants, agreements and <br />conditions contained herein, the undersigned do agree as follows: <br />1. Contractor agrees to furnish diligently and faithfully the services <br />to City, commencing on June 19, 1995, and terminating on August 1, 1995, <br />said services to be as follows: <br /> (a) To train select, and schedule umpires and scorekeepers <br /> for 56 Peppermint Patty softball games. <br /> (b) To supervise the necessary personnel to officiate at the <br /> above mentioned softball games; <br />and work related and incidental thereto, including such additional work as <br />may be prescribed by the City Manager. <br />2. In the performance of such work it is expressly understood that <br /> Contractor is an independent contractor and shall not be <br /> considered to be an employee of City for any purpose. <br /> - - -," .,-,.. ,-*,~,..~."._-,....--,"..._._..._,--..,._. .. - ~. <br />
