<br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> November 8.2004 <br /> MO. 04-208 <br /> RDA MO 04-20 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: November 9, 2004 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning & Redevelopment Department <br />SUBJECT: First Amendment to Construction and Reimbursement <br /> Agreement for Underground Public Parking Garage in the <br /> Downtown Area - City Council and Redevelopment Agency <br />AGENDA ITEM: 7.B (100) <br />Joint Meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency on November 8, <br />2004. <br />Present: Council Member Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Vice Mayor Pierce and <br />Mayor Ira <br />Absent: Council Member Ruskin <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered into the Minutes <br />MIS Hartnett/Pierce To Approve Amendment No. One to the Construction and <br />Reimbursement Agreement, in substantially the same form as attached, with On <br />Broadway Redwood City, LLC, a California limited liability company (assignee of BHV <br />Innisfree Ventures I, LLC), developer~ of the Downtown Retail-Cinema project, for <br />demolition of existing buildings and parking lots, coordination of utility relocations, and <br />construction of a new underground public parking garage beneath the future retail- <br />cinema project and authorize the City Manager and the Redevelopment Agency <br />Executive Director to execute same. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br />~0..~ )~ .~).~U <br />Patricia S.
