<br /> DES: d ..:,. 08/09/96 (010/66) <br /> A G R E E MEN T ORIGINAL <br /> --------- <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City", and <br />SEQUOIA ANALYTICAL, of Redwood City, California, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Contractor", for the consideration hereinafter <br />stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> l. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br />performed, shall provide and furnish all of the labor, equipment, <br />materials, and tools to perform testing services after the NOTICE <br />TO PROCEED, the following work: <br /> 1996-1997 WATER QUALITY MONITORING PROGRAM <br />in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and <br />Specifications pertaining thereto and signed by the Public Works <br />Services Director, which Contract Documents and Specifications <br />are incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement as if <br />herein fully set forth. <br /> 2. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for <br />the faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned <br />work, the amounts specified as unit prices (estimated in the <br />total amount of Fifty-one Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-nine and <br />50/100 Dollars [$51,629.50] ) computed in accordance with <br />Contractor's accepted proposal dated July 26, 1996, which <br />accepted proposal is incorporated herein by reference thereto as <br />if herein fully set forth. <br /> 3.
