Carried by unanimous voice vote. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL 1. SEAPORT BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT RESOLUTION NO. RD 89-12 TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $50,000 FROM THE APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY EXPENDITURES TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR EXPENDITURE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE SEAPORT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT (SEAPORT BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS) Adopted by unanimous roll call vote. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2. Oral report on amendment to Redevelopment Project No.2, definition of the use of eminent domain powers. Redevelopment Director Church presented the staff report on eminent domain as presently defined in the draft report of Amendment No. 10 of proposed Redevelopment Project No.2., which includes residential properties within those areas zoned residential at the time of approval wi-ll not be subject to eminent domain.
