<br /> OD'GI r,,1 i\L FXS:mge n8/04/95 (013/75) <br /> ¡\ ~ i ~ i <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> PENINSULA VOLUNTEERS, INC. <br /> (ADULT DAY SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> FOR REDWOOD CITY SENIORS) ,¿;¿ 3IÇD <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~i4'.J. day of <br /> ~ )r, \J ?- ( , 1995-, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") and PENINSULA VOLUNTEERS, INC. , a California nonprofit <br />corporation ("Contractor") ; <br /> WIT N.E SSE T H: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor, conducts an adult day support services <br />for Redwood City seniors program for residents of the City (the <br />"Program") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in <br />order to conduct the Program for residents of City during the <br />fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to <br />allocate to Contractor the sum of Sixteen Thousand Seven and <br />No/lOO ($16,007.00) from its Community Development Block Grant <br />funds for the Program; <br /> ¡ <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> l. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to <br />Contractor the sum of Sixteen Thousand Seven and No/lOO Dollars <br />($16,007.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal <br />year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, solely <br />for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> 2 . USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided <br />pursuant to paragraph 1 solely for the Program purposes described <br />
