<br /> OR\G\NJ\L <br /> (11/27/95) <br /> AGREEMENT <br />Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program <br /> of San Mateo County) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this lr~ day of <br />cjCNJO ,(. <br /> , 199ß, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus <br />(Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County), a California nonprofit <br />corporation ("Contractor"); <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides assistance to volunteers who are 55 years and older who <br />want to use their experience and talents in useful community services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program <br />for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, <br />1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor the sum of <br />Three-Thousand, Two-Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($3,200); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Three- <br />Thousand, Two-Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($3,200) for exclusive use by Contractor during <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, solely for the purposes <br />described in paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to paragraph 1 <br />solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objectives) attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />
