<br /> OR1G\NAL <br /> (11/27/95) <br /> AGREEMENT <br />Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties/Food Assistance <br /> Program <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made~entered into this ( sf1. day of <br /> J ""'-""õ ,1991 byC!and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and <br />San Mateo Counties/Food Assistance Program, a California nonprofit corporation <br />("Contractor"); <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides provides distribution of food to San Mateo County <br />agencies and sites serving women and children, the "working poor", families in transition, the <br />elderly, and disabled on low fixed incomes; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the program <br />for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, <br />1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor the sum of <br />Six-Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($6,000.00); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1 . FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of Six-Thousand <br />and No/100 Dollars ($6,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year <br />commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, solely for the purposes described in <br />paragraph 2. <br /> - <br />
