By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement <br />Agreement with Lane — Broadway, LLC and BAG -GEM Properties, LP. <br />2. By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with Lane — Broadway, LLC and BAG -GEM Properties, LP. <br />3. By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement with Lane — Broadway, LLC and BAG -GEM Properties, <br />LP. <br />4.
