Screening criteria for developers - Mixed Use <br />Project, Main Street/Midd1efield Road <br /> <br />In response to question, Executive Director Church said that the City Council <br />has already approved a mixed use project, and the Agency is attempting to get <br />one developer rather than some kind of joint venture or group-consortium. Mr. <br />Church said a developer who has demonstrated experience in a joint pub1ic/ <br />private project is preferred to insure a successful development. <br /> <br />MIS: <br /> <br />Stangel/Buchan to approve the subject screening criteria. <br /> <br />Carried by majority voice vote which Mayor Greenalch determined to be 5-1. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO.
