Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Service <br />a. Cyril Smith, resigning from the Park and Recreation Commission after <br />seven and one -half years of volunteer service <br />Vice Mayor Chandler explained that Mr. Smith has resigned because of his <br />move out of the City.
