RD87-17 APROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RELOCATION <br />AGREEMENT WITH NANETTE HINCH (910 MAIN STREET) <br /> <br />adopted unanimously by roll call vote <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />2. Prevailing wage rate policy (continued from 6/22/87) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Community Development Director 5/27/87 <br /> <br />Executive Director Church presented the subject report, noting that the Agency <br />may continue to do what is currently required regarding prevailing wage rates; <br />may apply State prevailing wages with no exceptions; or may apply State or <br />federal standards with variations. Mr. Church noted that the last two <br />alternatives require a "trigger" definition. He pointed out that the federal <br />Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage law is proposed to be amended, and it has been <br />suggested the threshold be increased to $1 million for certain projects. <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 47 <br /> <br />Page NO. 359 <br />
