Luis Yanez, 4076 Jefferson referred to the Oral Communication of Chris <br />Papalias of March 3, 1986, relating to the installation of a water line <br />extension in the Glenmere /Temescal area for which prospective beneficiaries <br />now plan to share the cost. He stated that since the lot he has recently <br />sold has more frontage on Occidental than on Glenmere, he has been told he <br />cannot connect to the new line.
