Dan Levin, Lincoln Property Company, Foster City, distributed his letter to <br />Council of April 28, 1986, containing the remarks he then made to Council <br />relating to his objections to the relocation of an old building at the Port <br />and other matters. <br />City Attorney Schricker advised that the matters of concern to Mr. Levin are <br />under the jurisdiction of the Board of Port Commissioners, noting that the <br />Board is a public body which may be addressed at regular meetings. Mr. <br />Schricker said that if Mr. Levin's complaint is criticism of the entire <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />4/28/86 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 46 <br />Page No. 242 <br />
